How does it work? |

A: |
Quite simply, you write E-mails as you normally would but instead of having to send to the recipient immediately, you may pick a date and time to send. The LaterGator engine stores your request and automatically sends it out. |

You certainly may, all messages may be viewed/edited by clicking your 'Pending' folder. |

Unfortunately not, LaterGator is only for sending out E-mails. If a recipient responds to a LaterGator message you will have to retrieve it as you would regular E-mail. |

No, do not rely on this service entirely. LaterGator has very good 'up time' yet anything in this crazy digital world might happen. Also check to see spam filters do not catch messages generated from this server. Take advantage of the SMTP option for best results. |

Why would I want to make use of the SMTP settings for a particular E-mail address? |

If you choose to send through your own SMTP server then recipients will never know LaterGator.ca created the E-mail. It will appear as though it was generated from your regular mail client/application. A major benefit for some users! |

If I don't use SMTP won't users see it 'From' my address? |

Yes, of course, but the E-mail 'header' details will reference s002.panelboxmanager.com which is the server that generated the E-mail. Testing is the best way to figure out what best suits your needs. |

You don't have to wait yet the automated upgrade process is not ready at this time. To aid development please visit the sponsor links, tell us what you think of the site (Contact), and if you really want the Platinum version send $11.00USD through Paypal and you'll be upgraded within one day for an entire year. We like hearing from users as it helps guide the build. See Release Notes which indicates features which are 'live' and which ones will be added. |

Your account will be active as long as you login once every 120 days. If you wait longer than 120 days your account will be permanently deleted. |

The daily sending will start on the date one week from today. In other words, for any 'Repeat' E-mail, the first instance will occur once the chosen date has arrived. |

Absolutely it works with 'Send now'. Additionally with 'Repeats', a copy is always generated and placed in your 'Sent' folder while maintaining the ability to edit or delete the 'Repeat' E-mail in your 'Pending' folder. |

Does LaterGator work with mobile devices like iPhone or Blackberry? |

I've tested it on my Blackberry Bold and it doesn't fully function so making a compatible version is on the docket but not before some other more important features. It very well may work on iPhones as they are generally more web friendly... let me know. |

In IE, I'm continually having the pop-up: "This page contains both secure and nonsecure items. Do you want to display the non secure items?". How can I turn this off? |

At the top right of Internet Explorer: Tools > Internet Options > Security Tab >
Custom Level... > Scroll down about half way to the Miscellaneous section > Where it says
'Display mixed content change the option to Enable and click OK > Click Ok. |

If I change my Time Zone after composing a 'Send later' message, how will the delivery be affected? |

The message will be sent at the time originally planned. Changing to a new Time Zone will not impact already scheduled 'Pending' delivery dates. You can however view any 'Pending' messages to see how they will be sent out, and edit if need be. |

If I let my Platinum membership expire or I don't renew in time, what happens to my 'Pending' and 'Sent' messages? |

'Pending' messages will be automatically deleted to reduce the number to no more than 4 in order of creation date most recent to oldest. 'Sent' messages greater than 10 days old will be automatically deleted. The number of E-mail addresses registered and your 'Contacts' will not be deleted, however you will be limited to Standard account privileges for adding additional ones. |
